The service does not cover Video, Motion Graphics, Web development, Photography or physical print. However, if you require these services on top of a prepaid D.O.C. please get in touch and we will be happy to provide you with a competetive quote.


How can we monitor the work you do per hour?

Once we are clear in what you want completed, we advise you how many hours that will take. If we go over the time, we do not charge you. If we finish earlier, we will advise you that you still have further credit.

Can we meet or speak to our designer before we purchase days?

Of course, and we would welcome you too. We are always happy to have an initial discussion about your requirements and what work you need completed.

Is the time we talk about projects taken out of our credit?

Essentially if the designer is offering clear advise and or strategy about a design, then yes it will be considered part of the service you are paying for.

Are there any better discount option if we want to buy more than five days credit?

Yes. If you wish to purchase more than five days, please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss your requirements.

I have purchased more days than I need, can I get a refund?

If you have contacted us within 5 working days from initial purchase, them a refund will be issued for all unused time. Refunds are not available after 5 days have lapsed from initial purchase.

What software are the designers proficient in?

Adobe Photoshop CS5, Adobe Illustrator CS5, Adobe After Effects CS5, Adobe Encore CS5, Adobe Flash CS5 InDesign, Adobe Edge.

Is there an expiry time for the days I purchase?

D.O.C days purchased must be used within a 1 year period from initial purchase date.

Why does your D.O.C. Days only work out to be seven hours?

Designers need an hour or two before their creative juices get flowing! But we pride ourselves in our work ethic in the production of high quality output, fast turnaround times and at exceptional value.

If we are using remote D.O.C. how do we keep in touch?

You will be provided with a direct phone number, skype and email to your designer. and if you wish the designer can also be available on either MSN or Yahoo chat

What if we are not entirely happy with the final designs / outputs produced?

We make a point of maintaining communication throughout, so you are always able to see a design progress from concept to completion. However, in the unlikely event that the designer has strayed from the brief, and the output is not acceptible, you will be offered credit in proportion to the time spent on the particular item(s) of work in concern.
